I was referred to Michelle by another realtor to help sell my father’s house in New York State (I reside in PA). I really needed someone who could help from 300+ miles away as well as work with my father who is older, has health issues and there were intricacies with his house sale that I had no idea how to handle. Not only did Michelle take care of my dad’s house sale flawlessly, she was also very patient, understanding and let my dad guide the way when possible. She kept him and I updated with every step and made sure we understood what she could provide and how to handle certain situations. On top of that, she went above and beyond with marketing and starting his house to the point that he honed he didn’t want to leave! In the end, my dad was more than happy with the experience (considering he wasn’t happy with me suggesting a realtor to begin with!). Michelle is always upbeat, very nice and gave my father all the time he needed and wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She cared about my father and whatever she could do to give him the best. She definitely did and I can’t thank her enough. If you’re lucky enough to haves chance to work with her, definitely jump at the opportunity. She’s awesome!
