Michelle Petrie is extraordinary. She helped us sell and purchase a house within the past year and is exceptional in every way. I cannot imagine navigating a real estate transaction without her. Perhaps her most impressive quality is her ability and commitment to genuinely connect with each client on a personal level. Michelle intently takes the time to understand her client’s needs and sincerely advocates in their best interest. Her professionalism, knowledge, compassion, accessibility, and communication are unmatched! Despite her expansive portfolio, Michelle always made us feel like we were her only client. She flawlessly marketed our house to include stunning professional photography, 3D walkthrough, and open house resulting in multiple offers 15% and higher above asking price. During the purchase of our subsequent home, she was equally impressive. She helped us secure a winning offer on our dream house, below asking price, and expertly got us to the closing table ahead of schedule. Whether you’re buying or selling, Michelle and her team are the epitome of top-tier, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
